Selling items to a Customer Account?
Press Select Customer and search for the customer BEFORE adding any items or prescriptions to the transaction.
If you have already scanned items or added prescriptions, you MUST remove them from the screen THEN Select Customer!
Need to cancel a lay-by?
Recall the lay-by and then change the quantity of each item to zero.
You will then have an option to return the deposit paid, or not.
Product doesn't scan at the POS till, & you're not sure how it is listed in the Item Card?
Press F2 or Product Recall button
You can search by any combination of letters in the item description
For example, "ginkgo" will display
AMC GINKGO TABS 90
NAT/OWN GINKGO BILOBA 1500MG
BM GINKGOFORTE 42 TABS
