Incorrect goods are to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If stock is incorrectly sent by Fred a reply paid form is sent to the customer and a credit is applied after the stock is returned. If ordered incorrectly by a member of your staff, then the store must pay all stock return freight charges.
