New SBS File Server

Description
Connect up your new SBS File server on site.


Includes
  • Pre-configuring the new computer in our office ready to bring on site
  • Connecting up all store computers to the SBS domain, configuring network antivirus, and moving all relevant data to the new server
  • We will test and make sure all the programs on your computers are up and running. We will also check and make sure all desktop shortcuts and programs work once computers are moved to the new domain
  • Reconfiguring of any existing backup service, or if non in place, we will review your backups and provide suggestions and advice on any improvements which can be made

Expected Outcomes
  • All store computers connected up to the new SBS domain
  • All computers are networked and have internet access
  • Fred programs working and stable on all terminals
  • Any programs from existing PC’s are reinstalled or backed up in preparation for third parties to reinstall
  • Any desktop shortcuts or other PC profile settings are copied across to the new domain user account profile
  • Remote access to the server configured and tested for future support requirements

Excludes
  • Installation of business applications such MYOB, payroll programs, third party dispense or POS products. We will copy data across to the new computer in order for the third party company to install the relevant program. We are happy to plan our installation around times that keep any disruptions to a minimum

Additional Charges
  • Any travel over 50km from the nearest capital city GPO is charged at $99/Hr (GST inc)
  • Any assistance or work done to install 3rd party programs will incur an additional charge based on our standard hourly rate
  • Assisting the store in moving computer equipment to a new location/site will incur an additional charge based on our standard hourly rate
  • Any additional software or parts required to complete the job
  • Any third party hardware must be delivered to Fred prior to installation
