New Fred Dispense PC
Description
We will get you up and running on your new PC. We provide a standard operating configuration designed for pharmacy that is both stable, secure, and allows you to get on with your job.
Includes
- Pre-configuring the new computer in our office ready to bring on site
- Disconnecting or moving an existing PC to another location in the pharmacy
- Networking to all other pharmacy computers. Connecting to the internet if required
- Installing any Fred Dispense and POS products, all Dispense Drug related programs such as eMIMS, productivity products such as Microsoft Office as well as any antivirus programs. We will make sure all printers work locally and from networked computers
- Reconfiguration of any existing backup service, or if non in place, we provide suggestions and advice on any improvements which can be made
Expected Outcomes
- Fred Dispense programs working and stable on all terminals
- Any script link tested and working
- PBS Online modules tested and working (where present)
- All dispense printers tested and working
- Fred Dispense programs added to daily backups
- Any programs from existing PC’s are reinstalled or backed up in preparation for third parties to reinstall
Excludes
- Installation of business applications such MYOB, payroll programs, third party dispense or POS products. We will copy data across to the new computer in order for the third party company to install the relevant program
- Configuring hardware or operating systems on client supplied hardware will incur additional charges to our standard hourly rates
Additional Charges
- Any travel over 50km from the nearest capital city GPO is charged at $99/Hr (GST inc)
- Any assistance or work done to install 3rd party programs will incur an additional charge based on our standard hourly rate
- Assisting the pharmacy in moving computer equipment to a new location/site will incur an additional charge based on our standard hourly rate
- Any additional software or parts required to complete the job
- Any third party hardware must be delivered to Fred Health prior to installation
