Network Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Description
Help you fix up any problems you may be having with your PC’s or your network. We will make sure that at the end of the job we have either fixed the problem or put a plan in place to resolve it permanently for you. We will endeavour to get you operating while we look into the problems in more detail.
Includes
- Troubleshooting any particular problem, checking event logs and system records to identify the cause, then implementing improvements or making more detailed recommendations
- Perform general maintenance so that your network is stable and secure
- Applying the Fred standard operating environment to your networked computers
Expected Outcomes
- The cause of the problems experienced are identified and fixed or suitable alternatives are in place in order for you to continue operating
- Any follow up actions are communicated to the customer – including any additional costs or charges
- PC and network are configured as per any Fred guidelines
Excludes
- Costs of any replacement or loan of hardware or software
- Costs for follow up visits where the appropriate solution can’t be completed on the initial visit
Additional Charges
- Any travel over 50km from the nearest capital city GPO is charged at $99/Hr (GST inc)
- Any additional software or parts required to complete the job
